Privacy Policy

This policy covers tannerjmedia.com, operated by Tanner Johnson Media. It explains what the site collects, what it doesn't, and who else is involved.

The "Build Your Shoot" form

The form asks for your name, phone number, email, and optionally a property address. Nothing you type is sent to us automatically, and nothing is stored on a server. It stays in your browser and is used only to pre-fill a phone call, text message, or email that you choose to send. If you close the page without tapping one of those buttons, we never receive it.

When you do send it, we receive that message the same way we'd receive any call, text, or email, and we use it to quote and schedule your shoot. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site — which pages they view, which buttons they tap, where they arrive from. This is measured in aggregate and includes your IP address, browser, device type, and approximate location. It does not include your name or contact details.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, or by using your browser's tracking protection.

Advertising

We run Google Ads. If you reached this site from an ad, Google may set cookies to measure whether that ad led to a phone call or a booking. Google's own handling of that data is described in its privacy policy.

Video

The videos on this site are hosted on YouTube. They load only when you tap play, and we use YouTube's no-cookie domain, so YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you actually watch something. Once you press play, YouTube's privacy policy applies to that playback.

Booking portal

"Book online" links to our scheduling portal at portal.tjohnsonmedia.com, which is operated by a third-party booking provider. Anything you enter there is handled by that provider under their own terms.

What's stored on your device

The site itself doesn't set advertising cookies or use local storage to track you. The only storage involved comes from Google Analytics and Google Ads as described above, and from YouTube if you play a video.

Your photos and property information

Images we capture at a shoot are covered by the agreement for that shoot, not by this policy. Property addresses you give us are used to schedule and deliver the work.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
• Ask us to delete your contact details, and we will, except where we need to keep records of completed work.
• Ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
